I think with some leaders we put such a high expectation and pressure on them to be perfect. Which in return makes it impossible for them not to disappoint someone. He is human like all of us and will make mistakes like us. Sad thing is that when they make bad judgement they are put in the spot light.. we can cover it if no one sees us..
