I stumbled upon the fact that people just want to be loved… anywhere and everywhere, people are wanting someone to value them and their contribution to mankind. Whether I’m at work or at the gas station, if I take the time to show love, situations and communications change for the better. The real questions is, how can I be consistent at that all the time?

To add on to Bekah and Kenneth I think if we talk about it and make it a group situation it also pulls together team work which is something that has to be a part to make an office move the right and positive direction..if not you have alot of people who want to be chiefs and no Indians!

I would have to agree with Bekah. Being soultion minded instead of jumping on the complaint train is something we all should try to do more of. I believe we are all inteligent humanbeings and are capable of using our brain more and our mouth less. If we just take sometime I bet we can figure out a soultion to the problem instead of just talking about it. I know that it drives me crazy when people complain just to complain. It doesnt really do any good. It just becomes words coming out of….Wait a minute…. I just complained didnt I !! OOPs.

I think the thing that hit me most was being solution-oriented. We can always point out the things that are wrong, but most people never have an answer to how to fix it. I know that’s something I really need to keep in mind.

I learned the gossipin is bad. That the negative within will not do anything but bring the work place down. I worked for St Pattys day.
